Marc Tassé is a certified APCHQ Réno-Maître.  The APCHQ Renovation Guarantee is an option available to all his customers.

The APCHQ Renovation Guarantee is the protection plan most-recognized by financial institutions, the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), the Société d’habitation du Québec (SHQ) and consumers themselves.

For just a small amount, you qualify for the advantageous Réno-prêt program and receive the following safeguards*:

• Deposit refund up to 25% of total contract value ($25,000 maximum)
• Completion of work included in contract up to 25% of total contract value ($25,000 maximum)
• Repair of apparent defects or poor workmanship as reported in writing to the contractor at the first of two occurrences as follows: at the time that work is completed; or within six-months after signing the contract
• Repair of hidden defects or poor workmanship identified within 15 months of signing the contract
• Repair of hidden defects or poor workmanship that endanger the solidity or the stability of the building identified and reported in writing to the contractor within five years of signing the contract.

* APCHQ Renovation Guarantee is only applicable for work executed by a certified Réno-Maître contractor and as specified in the terms and conditions of the guarantee certificate.
